2.2 All repairs are performed by trained and certified technicians. However, we cannot guarantee compatibility with unauthorized or third-party modifications to appliances.

3. Booking and Appointments 3.1 Customers can schedule repair services through our website, phone, or email. A confirmed booking is required before service is rendered.

3.2 Rescheduling or cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

3.3 We strive to honor scheduled appointment times. However, unforeseen delays due to traffic, weather, or other conditions may occur. We will communicate any changes promptly.
