1.2 Service Not Delivered

  • If a scheduled service was not completed due to our error or technician unavailability, you are eligible for a full refund of any payment made in advance.

1.3 Incorrect Charges

  • If you were charged incorrectly or for services not rendered, we will issue a refund for the overpaid amount after verification.

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  1. If the appliance fails due to issues unrelated to the repair performed.
  2. If the customer refuses or delays necessary repairs that were recommended.
  3. If repairs are performed by a third party after our service.
  4. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment (refer to Section 4 for cancellation charges).

3. Refund Process

3.1 How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, contact us via:

  1. Full name and contact details.
  2. Date of service.
  3. Invoice or receipt number.
  4. Reason for requesting a refund.

3.2 Evaluation and Approval

  • Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days of submission.
  • Our team may contact you for additional information or to schedule a follow-up inspection.

3.3 Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method used at the time of booking.
  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to process, depending on your financial institution.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

4.1 Cancellations by the Customer

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund of any prepayment.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a fee of up to [Insert Amount], which will be deducted from the refund.
